REWIRED is a 6-month biology-first system developed for founders who want to build both their company and their capacity to lead it.
We teach founder-proven science-backed nervous system regulation, emotional mastery, and somatic intelligence, while building a peer community of founders to thrive together.

Teaching-focused sessions introducing frameworks, neuroscience, and somatic practices. You'll learn polyvagal theory, emotional regulation strategies, attachment patterns, and sustainable performance tools – and practice them live with the group.
Founder Circles
Peer-focused sessions where founders share, witness, and regulate together. Hot seat coaching for real challenges. Deep exchange. This is where inner transformation happens.

Bianca Gfrei
After scaling two health-tech startups (Rootine and Kiweno, both acquired) and going through Techstars NYC, Bianca stepped away from her CEO role to train in somatic therapy, neuroscience-based emotional healing, and nervous system regulation.
Since 2020, she's coached 500+ founders individually and guided 1,000+ leaders through transformation programs and workshops.
Specialization: Nervous system regulation, trauma-informed work, founder wellbeing
Bianca doesn't just teach this work, she's lived it. And she's built REWIRED for the founder she wishes existed when she was in the thick of it.
